As a 46-year-old mother of four and Essex girl through and through, mature graduate of criminology from the University of East London, I have always wanted to be a writer.

It started mostly as a child filling old books with poetry and using my imagination to its fullest in essays and story writing. As a natural introvert, I have used the pen to take me to places that I never thought possible. Writing is pure escapism for me and gives me immense pleasure to explore endless possibilities.
I am passionate about getting into nature, exploring the environment and walking wherever the path takes me.

I am an avid artist, using oils, watercolours or pencils. I use art to help me relax as I also work full time, as well as running the household and of course writing whenever and wherever I can.
